Artistry Noir services all of New Jersey as well as the New York City Metro area and Philadelphia. Domestic and international travel is also possible in certain circumstances. I specialize in event makeup for weddings, proms and other special occasions. I offer a variety of special FX makeup applications for horror events, haunted attractions, elaborate Halloween costumes for individuals and groups and cosplay for conventions. I have designed makeup and special FX for musicals and theatrical productions as well as high-definition applications for commercials, television and photoshoots. Airbrushing as well as traditional makeup applications are offered. For large projects, I have other talented makeup artists available to form an amazing makeover team. All regular makeup services are performed on location.

Permanent makeup services are only available by appointment at my private PMU studio located in Alliance Tattoo & Body Piercing, 1835 Suite B Hooper Avenue Toms River, New Jersey, 08753. Services currently available are nano/hair stroke brows, powder brows, lash enhancement/permanent eyeliner and cosmetic lip tattooing.
